The initial request focused on updating the visual design across the sites, but it quickly became apparent that the underlying structural issues were preventing effective management and consistent brand representation.

My analysis revealed that maintaining three separate platforms was creating significant inefficiencies in content management, user experience inconsistencies, and duplicated maintenance costs. Each site required separate updates, security management, and content workflows.

More significantly, the internal team was struggling to maintain consistent messaging and branding across the different platforms, and the learning curve for managing three different systems was hindering their ability to keep content current and relevant.
