I take responsibility for websites that matter to the business.

I took over a global marketing website from an external agency and stayed responsible for it for almost four years as the role expanded far beyond development.

During that time I led major redesign work, connected the site with recruitment, events and internal systems, improved the way the marketing team worked with the platform, supported live digital initiatives and later built an AI content workflow connected to company knowledge and systems.

I worked across three international websites with more than five market variants each, then built experiences that connected those websites to the business behind them.

That included a traceability journey triggered from QR codes on product packaging and a store finder combining several data sources to help customers locate products nearby.

I took the platform from an early concept through product design and implementation, shaping both the customer experience and the technical foundation behind it.

It went on to support major campaign traffic and became an established part of the founder’s business. Years later, he came back to me directly to help shape and build its next generation.

I recognised that the studio’s existing setup was creating a structural problem rather than something that could be fixed with incremental changes.

I proposed consolidating the fragmented CMS and blog into a new headless platform, worked through the architecture and migration approach with the client and led the project from technical direction through implementation and launch.
